1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the laky55 website and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable game-specific rules referenced herein.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and laky55 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the laky55 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or director of laky55 or any of its affiliates, software providers, or service partners;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or excluded by laky55 from using the Platform.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria above. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card).

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features, you must create a laky55 account. Each individual may only register and maintain a single account. The following rules govern account registration and management:

• One account per person: Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different details, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and associated funds may be confiscated.
• Accurate information: You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration details, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. laky55 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where reasonable care was not taken to protect your credentials.
• Username and password: Your chosen username must not be offensive, impersonate another person, or contain profanity. Passwords must be at least eight characters long and include a mix of letters and numbers.
• Account transfer: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account to any third party.

laky55 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, particularly where we suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

laky55 facilitates all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• JazzCash
• EasyPaisa
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited)
• UBL (United Bank Limited)
• Meezan Bank

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are generally credited to your laky55 wallet instantly or within a few minutes depending on your payment provider. laky55 does not charge a fee for deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of a verified request, subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method and account used to make the original deposit ("source of funds" requirement).

KYC for withdrawals: Before your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, we may require you to submit identity documents including a copy of your CNIC and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request will result in the request being cancelled.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

laky55 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times (the "playthrough" or "rollover" requirement) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific multiplier applies to each individual promotion.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute a lower percentage, and certain games may be excluded entirely. Refer to each promotion's specific terms.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus at the same time unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: Any player found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to: using multiple accounts, placing hedging bets, or coordinating with other players — will have all bonuses voided and may have their account permanently closed.
• Max bet rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin or per wager is Rs 500, unless the promotion specifically states a higher limit.

laky55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if we determine that a player has exploited a promotional offer in bad faith.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on laky55 are subject to the following general rules:

• Finality of bets: Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled, changed, or voided by the player except as expressly permitted in specific game rules (e.g., cash-out options in sports betting).
• Cricket betting: All cricket bets are governed by official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, PCB for PSL). In the event of match abandonment or interruption, bets will be settled in accordance with our cricket-specific betting rules.
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error, laky55 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake. The Operator's decision in such matters is final.
• Suspicious activity: laky55 reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where we have reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, collusion, or any other integrity violation.
• Currency: All bets are placed in PKR. Displayed odds reflect the potential return in PKR including the original stake.

Game-specific rules for individual slot titles, live dealer games, and virtual sports are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

7. Responsible Gaming

laky55 is committed to responsible gambling practices. We acknowledge that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic. We provide the following tools, available free of charge to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spend.
• Session time limits: Configure session reminders and automatic logouts after a set period.
• Reality checks: Opt in to receive pop-up notifications showing your net win/loss at defined intervals.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary (30-day minimum) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Account cooling-off: Take a short break from the Platform (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the laky55 Platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information;
• Using the Platform to engage in or facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Abusing any bonus, promotion, or free bet offer through systematic, coordinated, or bad-faith wagering strategies;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human players;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain;
• Sharing your account credentials with or allowing access to any third party;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in poker, live table games, or other head-to-head formats;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the laky55 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of laky55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• laky55 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied;
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times;
• We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from technical failures, data breaches outside our reasonable control, or third-party payment provider issues;
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data

laky55 collects, processes, and stores personal data about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

12. Amendments to These Terms

laky55 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining balance subject to standard KYC verification requirements.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to laky55's licensed operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable gaming regulatory authority.
